Acceptable Use Policy
What you may not do with Merlin.
1. Prohibited conduct
Do not: break the law; upload data you have no right to; attempt to access other users' data; probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the service without written permission; interfere with service operation; scrape the service; or resell access.
2. Content and redistribution
Analytics, scores, and AI commentary are for your personal use. Sharing screenshots of your own results is welcome; systematic redistribution of the service's output (for example, repackaging Merlin analysis as a paid signal service) is not permitted.
3. API and sync keys
MerlinSync keys identify your account. Keep them secret, do not embed them in shared EAs, and revoke any key you believe is exposed.
4. Enforcement
We may suspend or terminate accounts breaching this policy. Where lawful and practicable we will warn you first.
