Terms of Service
The contract between you and XRPAID LTD when you use Merlin.
1. Who we are
Merlin (merlintrade.io) is operated by XRPAID LTD (Company No. 15410296), registered in England & Wales, registered office: 60 Tottenham Court Road, Suite 7024a, Fitzrovia, London, W1T 2EW. Contact: director@xrpaid.net.
These terms form a binding agreement between you and XRPAID LTD. By creating an account or using the service you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.
2. What Merlin is — and is not
Merlin is a software tool that analyses trading history you upload or sync. It computes statistics, detects behavioural patterns, and generates commentary about your past trading.
Merlin is not a financial adviser, broker, or investment service. It does not provide financial advice, investment recommendations, or trading signals. Nothing in the service is an invitation or inducement to trade. XRPAID LTD is not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.
3. Your account
You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping access to your sign-in email secure.
One account per person. You may not share, sell, or transfer an account.
4. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans (Pro, Premium) are billed in GBP by Stripe, monthly or yearly, with a 7-day free trial. Cancel before the trial ends and you will not be charged.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; access continues until then. Upgrades apply immediately; downgrades at period end. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy for refund rights.
We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice; changes apply from your next renewal.
5. Your data and content
You retain all rights to the trading data you upload. You grant us the limited licence needed to store and process it solely to provide the service to you.
You are responsible for ensuring you may lawfully upload the data you provide. Our use of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Acceptable use
Use of the service is subject to the Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these terms.
7. Availability and changes
The service is provided 'as available'. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
8. Disclaimers and liability
Analytics, scores, behavioural flags, and AI commentary are statistical observations about your past trading. They are not predictions and may contain errors. You alone are responsible for your trading decisions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, XRPAID LTD's total liability arising out of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
9. Termination
You may close your account at any time from Settings; this deletes your data as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that materially breach these terms, with notice where reasonable.
10. General
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except where consumer law gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
If we update these terms materially we will notify you in-app or by email; continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
