Refund & Cancellation Policy
Your cancellation rights, including under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
1. Free trial
Pro and Premium include a 7-day free trial. Cancel any time before the trial ends and you pay nothing.
2. 14-day cooling-off
As a UK/EU consumer you have 14 days from first purchase to cancel and receive a refund. By starting to use the paid service during this period you request immediate supply; if you cancel within the 14 days we may deduct a proportionate charge for the service already provided, refunding the rest.
3. Ongoing subscriptions
Cancel any time from Billing or the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation stops future charges; access continues to the end of the paid period. Renewal payments are not refundable once a new period has begun, except where required by law or where the service was materially unavailable.
4. How to cancel
In-app: Billing → Cancel at period end. By email: director@xrpaid.net. Refunds are returned to the original payment method via Stripe, normally within 5–10 business days.
